INGREDIENTS1/2 lb. sausage 1 lb. lean ground beef /venison (I like to grind my own.) 1/2 medium onion, chopped 1 cup milk 3/4 cup red wine 3 beef bouillon cubes 1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 1 lb. spaghetti, cooked DIRECTIONS1. Chop ground beef and sausage until well minced. 2. Cook onion, beef and sausage in a larger skillet over medium heat until pink is gone, about 6 minutes. 3. Add milk and simmer until almost evaporated, about 4 minutes. 4. Add red cooking wine and beef bouillon. Simmer about 4 minutes. 5. Add canned tomatoes and tomato paste. 6. Simmer about 15-20 minutes until sauce is thick. Serve with cooked spaghetti. NOTE: Cooking times may vary especially if you double the recipe as I do. Venison is a good substitute for the beef. Bottom Round steak with fat removed. Steak ready for the grinder. Pork Sausage. I used my small ½ hp grinder & remembered why I bought a 1 hp Gig Bite Grinder. And I guess I don’t know how to spell sauce!!
