Look like after soaking in salt water for 2-3 days & being pressure cooked for 8 minutes. That will make 2 batches of squirrel chowder, 1 for fall turkey camp in NY & the other for a starter batch of chowder fo Ron’s boss. HEY RON!!!! Tell Ms. Kathy, I’ve got her covered!! Going to the chowder pot. Going to th4e bone pile.
